Walls of grey marble tower high above your head and continue to climb until it appears as though to touch the sky. As the sun rises over the horizon its golden rays shine through the polished window. To many who gaze at the St. Marks castle in the Kingdom of Azaria it is a sight to behold. Though the Royal families that live inside its walls know of its dark secrets. The truth behind the fake smiles that plaster the nobles faces. Some prefer the riches and live through the pain and responsibility it takes to uphold the family name. Others crack under the pressure and feel trapped in their stone cage. Are you the cause of the discord that hovers out of the view of the masses or are you trying to bring together people who can’t stand one another?

Royals

You were born and raised to the upper class. Showered with gifts and the finest of clothing, your family has been close to the king and queen through friendship or by blood. Your family is in charge of certain affairs that go on in the kingdom that go from Military to trading with the neighboring kingdoms. Your life consists of Gala’s, Balls and many other formal gathering in honor of your success. Is that all your life will amount to? Silk and glamour, Or will fate draw a different card for you?

The Town

The standard middle class town where the market is held, the buildings at the most are two stores and made of the classic wooden roof and mud brick. By day it holds the hustle and bustle of sellers shouting over their competition and animal’s pleading for their breakfast, the loud echo of clanging metal from the blacksmith to the pleasant aroma in the bakery. Though at night it holds the muggers, the pick pockets and of course the Thieves of Azaria.

“Your guild is your family. Bound by blood you put your Guild first. Honor and brotherhood is what we live by. Together we fight. Take what we want. Give nothing back.”

That is the motto the three Guilds share. The only thing they can agree on. Each guild is like a gang they have their code, leader and of course their own talents that are the heart of the gossip around town. Each guild member carries their guild colors and a name given to them once accepted into the Guild after completing a test decided by the Guild leader. But at each full moon the guilds meet under the cemetery in order to o over affairs and set treaties. For even the black hearted have rules they have to follow.

Onyx Night

As you can guess this guild’s color is black. Like the night many of its members are trained to blend with their shadows. Most gossip is just that, no one has ever seen a member of the Onyx Night Guild face to face and if they did it was by chance. Though the members are not that secret most members are hired as assassins by Royals who want to do away with competition, but then they are put to blame. Black hearted and deathly in combat the Onyx Night members are not the ones you want to meet in the middle of the night. Their hide out is in the darkest area of the woods. Hidden in its thicket is a large cabin made of cobblestone long tined green and over grown with vegetation.

Leader: Luka Genesis

Members:
Breeze (Rose Hill)

Phoenix

The bird of fire reborn from its ashes, a worthy title for this Guild, their last hide out was burned to the ground after one of its members fell in love with a member of the Fey Guild. Word spread that the group was to never again be head of. At least that was the rumor until reports of seeing people with red sashes and headbands were heard all over Azaria. This Guild is known for their odd tactics of attacking in daylight as well as some of their explosive habits. The past leaders have been loud, rash, and completely head strong. They are the more commonly known Guild and enjoy a good hand to hand fight their hideout is located under the town bar.

Leader:

Members:

Fey

Translated into Fate, members of this guild are rather mysterious. They are the median of the other to Guilds, not too secretive and not too open. The Fey Guild is known for their weapon mastery and rumor has it that some members replaced their hands with their weapons. Of course that is just mindless gossip of ladies with loose tongues and too much time to waste. Their hideout is behind a waterfall also in the forest Guild colors are light blue or silver.

2.Relations are never to happen outside of your own guild.
3.Giving information to the Royal Guard about your guild is death by old law. You have betrayed your family and your life is worthless.
4.The leader get to choose who goes to the Guild Gatherings, there will be no fights during the full moon.
5.New members but go through a trail to show trust and they must make a blood pact to the Guild.

[ROFL okie doke I shall be the king king I'll make skelly for him in a giff]

Edward roamed around the outside of the castle he was staying at. He was bored out of his mind and wished that he was back at his father's kingdom as he found this place to be dull and lack of entertainment. He wandered over to the garden and stood next to the marble fountain. He stared at it for a moment and then took out a nickel from the pocket of his grey suit pants. He placed the nickel on the nail of his thumb and flicked it into the water of the fountain, making the wish of finding something fun to do. He let out a sigh and watched the water fall

Rose walked around the town center, eying all the stands they had set up. She sighed as she walked past noisy crowds of people shouting from either arguments or complaints. All the ruckus irritated her and made her feel frustrated but seeing that her leader hasn't assigned her any orders, she had no where else to go.

Luka had no other home. The cabin hidden in the dark part of the woods was his only home, he was an outlaw in the town so that was not an option, and he needed to bring in supplies. He exhaled as he sat on the wooden floor and crossed his legs. He laid his sword in front of him and inhaled deeply. He closed his eyes and silenced the world around him. The world slipped into darkness as silence settled in. Memories were free to roam as flashes of fire and blood came to view. Screams echoed in his mind and it fouced Luka to open his eyes. "This is were I belong." He told himself as he thought of his brother. His opposite.

"My Lady what will the king think?" Esmeralda rolled her eyes as she mounted a horse. The animal snorted as the red head adjusted herself. She ignored her maid and heeled the horse. The animal reered up and then galloped out of the stalls. She could hear the guard chase after her but they were on foot, they stood no chance. Esmeralda pulled on the reins and the horse slowed its pace to a trot. "I have to get out of here." She mummbled to herself before she processed down the cobblestone pathway. "Ive lived here all my life and now I cant fing my way out." Esmeralda frowned as she found her horse had lead her to the garden. It was pointless to escape with a castle steed it never left the grounds alone, at least that was how it was trained. Esmeralda gave up and jumped down from the saddle. To her dismay her dress ripped being caught in the stirups. The faint lavender gown was in ruin all the more proving to the point of how upset she was. Fustrated she pulled out the painful pins in her hair and let her earring clatter against the ground. She tore the remainder of her dress leaving her in a corset and a white under gown. Her flame colored locks fell free to her back and she sat on the ground tp remove her heels. She felt like crying but tears were pointless. It would fix anything. It wouldnt bring her parents back or change her blood to make her belong to another family. She whiped her face and sighed. "Im pathetic" She said with a weak laugh.

Eric walked through town in a normal attire rather than his armor. Though that didnt stop people from noticing him. He was offered to try many samples witch he did. His blue eyes matched the sky above his head as his dark hair fell into his face. He was on his way to meet some friends at the bar, and he wanted to hurry so he would be able to have some time off. Though Fate was never kind to him for too long.

Edward turned as he heard the galloping of a horse, he watched as the princess of the kingdom, pathetically fell and tour her dress. He let out a small chuckle at the hilarious scene and as he watched her he decided to head over to her and converse with her as he had nothing better to do and her story might be amusing to hear. As he approached her, he over heard her say that she's pathetic and without heart he grinned at her foolishness. "Yes my dear you are pathetic....trying to escape on a stallion that has been trained by the servants to not leave the castle grounds is plain incompetent, wouldn't you agree?" He said it with a cruel mocking voice as he looked down at her with a pity stare for her in his eyes "You better go inside before your dear daddy comes and feels ashamed by your ridiculous appearance" He let out a chuckle and kept his eyes on her

Rose, being dressed in clothes of a common villager peasant to hide her true identity, continued roaming around town and slowly hunger began to arise in her. She went over to a stand and bought a bag of food with the coins she's earned from accomplishing deeds from her leader. She took the bag, glaring at the man that handed it to her as he looked down upon her as if she was no better than a hungry dog for how poor she appeared but she didn't care as long as it hid her identity. She walked away and headed into the forest with the bag of food. Once deep inside she sat down against a tree, placing the bag of food next to her, she took an apple out of it and bit right into it, savoring it's juicy taste.

[Okay ah let me think of something awesome for his gran entrance XD]

King Andrew sat at his throne in his gran office filled with priceless and luxurious artifacts. The windows had red velvet drapes hanging from them and they had a clear view of the village that stood miles away. He pushed aside the stack of papers that had amounts of complaints written in them by the villager's. He was sick of reading their problems so he decided to take a break. He sat back in his thrown letting out a breath, he called for one of his servants to bring him a refreshment. The servant hurried away and brought him a glass of red wine which she set down on his desk. He shooed her away and then picked up the glass, motioning it in a circle before taking a drink from it. He felt refreshed at the first sip and briefly closed his eyes as he tried to relax his stressed feeling.

Esmeralda froze as she heard another voice and sneered as she realized who it belonged to. She turned her head and her somber green eyes blazed to life in a golden ember. An odd trait that happend when she was upset or exciteing about something. "Even if you are are right, agreeing with you would just enlarge your already massive ego. You may be able to get a name for yourself to help women who have lost their umbreallas block the sun from their chalk white faces." She did not need to stand in order to make her point. She was tired and standing would only prove that he bothered her. His words did hurt but she refused to let him notice that. When she mentioned her appearance and mearly crossed her arms ignoreing the fact of the effect her corset had on her body except for her inablity to breathe witch was becomeing difficult as she grew more upset. "My father will not come for me, nor will he feel ashamed. He feels nothing but the weight of the earth on his casket." She tucked her hair behind her ear before he blew with the slight breeze that carried the smell of spring with it. "Are you done mocking me now?" She asked sharply?

Eric sat at an already crowded table and ordered nothing. His men were drinking and some of them needed to be taken home without much damage. "Did you hear about the King?" Some one asked before slurring down a drink. Eric paid little mind to the drunken talk as he carved lines into the table with the knife he kept as on his person. He needed to do something. People have been dropping like flies all over the kingdom due to muder, and Eric new who the culprits were. "How do they always get away?" He asked allowed as he slammed his hand on the table. People stared and he smiled to reasure them and then they went on with their day. While he pondered about ideas.

Edward scoffed at her comment but he didn't permit for her words to get to him as she was meaningless to him. "well aren't you a feisty one" He smirked with a chuckle and then sighed amused with her anger tone "Luv' I'll never be done mocking you as long as you keep committing such hilarious and ridiculous scenes...tell me why are you so determined to escape from here? aren't you contempt with being a princess and not having to do anything for as long as you live aside from marrying a prince?" He slipped his hands inside the pockets of his grey pants and stayed standing infront of her

Rose took another bite from her apple and looked up at the sky through the branches of the tree she sat under. She closed her eyes as she felt the soft rays of the sun shine on her skin. She was fond over the feeling the sunlight gave her and how it made her feel alive even though inside she felt dead and damned to a cursed life.

King Andrew reopened his eyes and finished up his wine. He set the glass down on the desk and then got up from his thrown. He rubbed the back of his neck, moving his head left to right. After he stood straight and walked out of his office, stopping a moment infront of the door as a servant opened it for him. He stopped outside the door and looked around the vacant living room before deciding to go outside to take in some fresh air, his trustful servant followed closely behind as he tended to ever order of the King.

"Rather feisty than a mindless sheep." Esmeralda responded as she simply turned her back to him. He was an eyesore if put in gentle words, how dare he call her ridiculous and find humor in it as well. At his question she did not look at him. "As if you truely even care, but no I have no intention of living my life as if a cage bird, or marrying a self rightous peacock."

Luka left the cabin with a scroll hidden in his grasp. It didnt take him long before he spotted Rose, naother member of his Guild. She was a good fighter and loyal. He looked down and stepped on a twig to let her know he was coming behind her. The last time he stayed silent coming up on her she nearly slinced off his neck. He had a job for her. A neighboring king wanted the not dead queens silver quial pen. He was going on a supply mission so this one was perfect for her. "Breeze, I have a collect task for you. You up for it?"

Edward watched as she turned around, giving him her back, he rolled his eyes "My what a open mind you have, you know that no matter what you may like or dislike, you won't be able to escape from marrying someone and if for the odd chance you do, what are you expecting to look forward to? a poor life with nothing to eat and living on the dirty streets of that retched town?' His voice held enjoyment and he let out a laugh "that sure sounds like the dream life" He said it in a sarcastic voice

King Andrew walked over to the door that led to the backyard and waited a second for his servant to open it for him. He stepped outside and took a moment to scan the view from the top of the steps. He looked at the garden and then down the steps. His face went bleak and his eyes became filled with fury as he caught sight of Esmeralda with such raggy clothes. He clenched his jaw as he couldn't believe the nerve that she had. she knew better than to show herself in such poor conditions as she is the princess, especially infront of the prince that they had as guest "Esmeralda!" He said it in a raged voice as he made his way down the steps. "what do you thin you're doing here in such an inappropriate appearance?" King Andrew turned to his servant "Take her to her room now and tell the maids to tend to her at once" The servant quickly nodded and grabbed the princess by the arm, pulling her up to make her stand up to her feet "Come along princess" The servant said and King Andrew looked away and turned to prince Edward "I apologize on behalf of Princess Esmeralda here, I'm sure she didn't mean to disrespect you, isn't that right Esmeralda?" The king said as he turned to her, waiting for her to apologize to him for standing beforth him in such a messy appearance

Edward held in his laughter as he saw the scolding the king was giving the princess ans then he turned to the king as he spoke to him and apologized for Esmeralda "It's alright, we all have our bad days" He said it with a sly grin and then turned to look at Esmeralda as he awaited too for her apology just to see her rage glimmer in her eyes

Rose being wrapped in her bubble of warmth instantly felt it burst as she heard the sound of a twig break from behind her. She opened her eyes, simultaneously moving her hand to the dagger she had tied on her leg as she was ready to fight if the one approaching her was an enemy. She kept calm as she awaited and then as soon as she heard the voice of her leader, Phantom, she removed her hand from her dagger and looked up at him as he made his way to her and stood infront of her. She smiled at his query of whether she'll accept the order or not but without hesitating she stood up, throwing the core of her apple to the side. "You know I'm not one to ever reject task" She said it with a sly grin and slipped off the raggedy villager clothes she was wearing over her leather shorts which she wore with fishnet legging and a v-neck sleeveless button top, also revealing her leather boots. She put up her hair in a pony tail and then she slipped her arm inside the whole that the tree trunk and took out her spear which she had hidden. She turned back to Phantom as she was ready to take on the task "what'll it be, killing or stealing?" She asked with an enthusiastic glimmer in her eyes

Before Esmeralda was able to answer the King stepped outside. As she was fourced to her feet she shook her arm free and glared at Andrew, he was not her father or that much older than her, but he was King so slapping him was not a choice unless she wanted her hand removed though her fingers still twitched before she took a deep breath and gave a warm smile. She was taught how to control her features it was the way of a princess, that was something she did enjoy. Her eyes still burned like melted pools of amber but her words held an odd gentleness. "I am sorry young prince. Sorry that you are a pig headed, arrogant cow." She turned her back on both men and her free hair followed behind her as if a veil but seemed to snarl like the flames it resemmbled and walked away. She waved off the servents and asendded up the steps to her room. Once arriving she flopped on her bed. She pulled on the strings of her corset and wiggled out of it. "I can breathe." Esmeralda said happily as she pulled her her hair into a high ponytail. She opened her closet and pulled out a midnight blue gown. The light weight fabric was simple and did not have to be worn with a corset witch was easy on her ribs. As she slipped on the dress she laced up the back and sat back on her bed. She really had no problem being a princess but the world around her was a lie. Members of her family wanted her dead. She could trust no one, and none of them made an attempt to look past her status. Esmeralda sighed as she laid back on her bed. The King would be in to scold her most likely sooner or later so she waited.

Luka smiled at Breeze. "Its just a steal. Though you know the deal. Kill those who get in your way. Your target is a silver quail pen. Its kept in the treasury. Keep it in one piece because the next kingdom is paying big bucks to keep it." He handed her the parchment. "A guy will pick up the pen at midnight at the back gate."

Rose took the parchment and glimpse through it as he spoke. She then looked back at him and nodded "stealing..well that's no fun.." She said it with a smirk and slipped the parchment in the back pocket of her shorts. "but I'll make sure to not fail this task seeing that this silver pen seems to be worth alot to the King" She kept of hold of her spear and then sipped it in it's cover that she had on her back which the straps of it were tied around her body. "I'll come notify you once I safely hand the pen over to the King's henchman" She turned away from Phantom and sprinted away, disappearing within the forest as she ran in the direction to the treasury before the sun completely sets

King Andrew was in shock with the words he just heard slip out from Esmeralda's mouth. He raged inside with anger and he tightened a hand into a fist but he managed to maintain his temper in check and watched her walk away "Follow her and once she's in her room order two guards to stand by her door and not let her out" He hissed the words out to the servant that stood next to him and then turned to the Prince "Once more Edward, I apologize for Esmeralda, as you could see she's still dwelling over my brother's death which he was her father, but I promise you that she'll start behaving herself like she always does"

A surprised expression formed on Edward's face as he couldn't believe his ears for what Esmeralda just said but he kept cool and as he saw her rage glimmer in her eyes he smirked and stared at her as she walked away. He turned to the King as he spoke to him and nodded "it's alright, it's natural for her to be acting like this so you don't have to scold her on my behave" He decided to defend Esmeralda just because he felt amused with her rage

"Thank you for understanding" King Andrew grinned but still in his mind he was determined to not let Esmeralda get away with such attitude so easily. He patted Edward on the shoulder "Come on let me treat you to a drink inside" Andrew offered out of courtesy and so things could remain at peace between them

"Sure, I can never refuse a drink from the king" Edward said it with a grin and then the king et out a chuckle at how well mannered he addressed to him "No need for such formalities my boy, address me by Andrew" Andrew told Edward and Edward nodded as they headed to inside of the castle to have some drinks

Luka's mouth turned into an upward half grin but as she turned to leave his face fell into the blank state it was always in. His attention followed Breeze as she headed toward town. "What is my golden breother up to at this hour?"

Eric whiped the sweat from his brow and couldnt help but laugh. The other guards who were training turned to watch, Eric shoved his sword into the soft ground og the training ring. "Rae sad that?!" Piper nodded, he was a thick built salt and pepper hair man. Piper was the Master of Arms. The trainer of all the Knights in the Royal Guard. "Heard it from the chamber maids. The king nearly lost his mind from what I was told." Eric shook his head as he removed his metal cuffs and replaced them with leather arm bands. "Rae has always been headstrong, just like her father. She is hurting from the loss of her parents. Wouldnt you feel the same?" Piper scoffed as he pressed the hem of his tunic to his brow. "You lost your parents and turned out just fine?" Eric tensed and looked down at the ground. "No. I never knew my parents. So I lost nothing, even if I did I can not remember. Rae is just loud with her sorrow." Piper could see the sadness in his best students voice so he walked up to him and slapped his back causeing ERic to stummble forward. "Rae? You insist on calling her that? You both were so young. Eric, she isnt a little girl any more. She turned out to be quite a looker, even more noticiable while she practices her swordfighting." Eric frowned and pushed Piper away. "That would make you a lecher old man. Plus she is like a sister to me." Eric dismissed himself and walked up the stone stairwell and back into the palace halls. He looked around before slipping away from the main hall toward Esmeralda's room. Apon his arrival he spotted the Guards. "What is going on here?" The men came to attention and saluted Eric. "The king told us to watch the princess' door and not to let her escape." Eric sighed and rubbed the bridge of his nose. "Rae what have you gotten yourself into?" "She will need to eat and I will escourt to the dining room." The two men looked between each other then back at Eric. Reluctantly they allowed him inside. Once inside Esmeralda's rooms Eric looked around and found it empty. Her windows were closed and locked from the outside. "Your grace please. The King was mighty upset with what happend 'efore. Me thinks it be best if you be a tad more lamb like." Eric chuckled almost seeing Esmeralda's face, but instead of hearing her outrage silence greeted him. A young servent girl came out of a pair of ivory doors witch lead to Esmeralda's bathroom. "She is such a difficult child." She looked up and spotted Eric and nearly dropped everything in her arms. "Sir Eric. The princess is not presentable. I have to ask you to leave." Eric smiled gently. "I have seen the princess covered in mud nothing can suprise me." The maid sighed and went to the large mirror on the other side of the room. She place on the vanity top a brush, pins, pearls, and a silver feather pen. Eric sat on the large queen sized bed and waited.

"Dia. Do I have to go to dinner. My uncle and that...pig. Are not the people I wish to see tonight." Esmeralda walked out of her bathroom in an off white under gown. Her hair was wet and set in thick waves. She didnt notice Eric until Dia almost fainted. Esmeralda turned her head toward her bed and Eric waved sheepishly. "If you want me to leave I can." Esmeralda smiled but her eyes stayed their somber green color. "Please dont. It is refreashing to see a friendly face." Dia took Esmeralda's hand and pulled her to the mirror. She sat down in the chair and Dia began to run the brush through the thick curls. "So how is your training coming along?" Eric blinked as he realized she said someting. "Its fine. Rumor going around that Im going to be caption of the Guard." Esmeralda gleamed but ERic was aunable to see with her back to him. Dia took stands of Esmeralda's hair and laced the small pearls into her hair. Normally the style was for girls with black hair, but with Esmeralda's hair the pearls gave off a faded gold color in the shade of champane white stars. Dia even placed the silver quail pen into her hair. As Esmeralda rose to her feet Dia slid her arms through another dress. She walked around and tied the corset from the back. The dress matched the color of the pearls in her hair. The top have of the gown was heart shaped and also had pearls laced into the silk threads that followed the border that covered her bust to set off the cream color of her skin. The pearls continued down the back of the gown in and elegant pattern while it flowed as if wind blown. "You look stunning." Eric said as he stood and offered his arm. "Not a bad turn out form being covered in mud and chaseing away men." Esmeralda took his arm and slipped on her white heels. "Not much has changed. Aside from the fact you think you can take challenge me."

The two left her room and Eric only smiled. Esmeralda was different that the other girls he had grown up with. She cared little of status, and she used to adore walking among her people. Yet she held the heart of a fighter. She could fight and defend with a sword and she was rather skilled with a bow and arrow. "Eric Im talking to you." Eric blinked his eyes and he looked up to see the doors to the dining room. "Sorry Rae. I should leave you for tonight." Esmeralda wanted to protest but Eric slipped ot of her grasp. As he left Esmeralda smiled, "Take care brother." She whispered before opening the door to the dining room. "I would much rather starve." She mumbled under her breath.

[Uh quick question, the silver quail pen Rae has in her hair is the one that Rose has to steal right?]

After having a few drinks in the living room, both Edward and Andrew made their way to the dinning room and took a seat at the finely decorated and elegant table. Edward placed the case of his sword that he had on the side of his waist to side before taking a seat. Andrew took a seat in the chair which was more like a thrown that was in the middle end of the table, as he took a seat the servant quickly came rushing out behind the kitchen doors and began to set the table that was long enough to fit twelve people and it had a silk creme tablecloth. The servant placed the main plate of spit-roasted meat of pork in the center of the table and trenchers, which were plates of coarse bread, on the side. She served them a glass of grape wine and then bowed down to them as she had finished setting everything. The servant stood silent next to the door of the kitchen to tend to the king and prince. They both began eating, pausing a few times as they conversed, both went silent and directed their stare at the door of the living room as it was opening. Edward stood up to his feet, pushing his chair back, as he saw that it was Esmeralda, his action was done by the expression of courteous. Andrew remained sitting with a neutral expression on his face even though he was impressed that she decided to come down stairs to join them without him having to send a maid to go fetch her. "Nice for thou princess to enlighten us with her presences" Edward said with a sly grin "and might I add you look stunning" He winked at her and then pulled out the chair that was next to him for her to sit down "Take a seat Esmeralda" Andrew said in an unemotional tone as he gestured to the chair that Edward had pulled out.

((yes it is. And Breeze shall meet Eric mwhahaha.))

Esmeralda could tell her uncle was still upset, but did he really insist on her to sit beside Edward? By the stearn look on the King's face she knew he was serious. She took a deep breath and smiled at Edward. "Thank you for the praise your grace." She took the seat next to Edward and could already feel her temper spike. The corset was not helping as it restricted her breathing, but she kept a calm face and thanked the servent to filled her plate. Even with her mood her table manners were flawless. Her back kept straight, her head held high and never lowered as she brought her food to her mouth, but her body was moving by memory. Her mind wondered as she nibbled on the pork, then her thoughts made her stiffen. She was coming of age soon. Did her Uncle indeed for her to marry? Then her eyes shifted to Edward. "Uncle Im sorry for upsetting you. It was foolish of me to act the way I did." She did not bother to look up at the king, in truth she did respect her uncle, he was family. After her parents died he did take care of her and acting how she did must have been close to a slap across his face. If he wanted her to act like a sheep she would. Anything to not get married.

Luka lifted the hood to his cloak and toar down the wanted poster of Breeze. He smiled at the blurred sketch. The artist was good but the witness was not close to picturing his most loyal member. His eyes looked up to the sky and he wondered what was going tonight. He sighed as he continued his walk. He feet carried him to a large two story home. Shadows danced in front of lit windows and Luka had no trouble slipping into the home without being noticed. The smell of rum and brandy filled Luka's nose. He weaved his way through the crowd as he looked around the home. His target was not in sight so he asended the steps and checked the rooms. After a while he came to the last door and found who his target. "Lord Iven?" The man looked up from the girl who had his attention and released her. She giggled slightly but didnt move. "Who wishes to know?" Luka did not answer, "Prehaps you want to girl to leave?" Lord Iven laughed. He wasnt drunk he just knew what was going to happen. "Cant a man have some fun on his last day with the living?" He pulled the blankets of his bed over the girl. The room fell silent and Luka pulled out his sword, Lord Iven sighed, "I suppose not. Just leave her be. Alright?" Again Luka did not answer instead he sighed and walked up to the Royal and quickly ended his life. Luka watched as the blanket soaked up the blood, soon the girl screamed and scrambled out of the bed gripping the sheets to hide herself. "Your the Phantom? The bringer of death? Please dont kill me." The girl began to beg and Luka walked up to her. He placed a gloved hand on her cheek and kneeled down to her level. The girl seemed to relax but them her eyes went wide and her mouth opened to speak no words. Her eyes closed and she fell forward gone from the world of the living. Luka cleaned his sword and slipped out of the window. This was his curse. A black Phantom fading into the shadows as screams of terror fill the crisp night air. "Just like she said. I am the bringer of death."

As they finished up eating the main course, the servant stepped forward from standing next to the door, as though awakening like a robot after being recharged. She silently picked up the plates from everyone, placing them on the tray she had in her hands and then vanished behind the kitchen doors, only for a second later to reappear with a tray occupied with three plates that had a slice of marzipan cake. The servant set a plate down infront of each person and then resumed standing next to the door. Andrew directed his attention to Esmeralda as she spoke, he didn't have it planned to forgive her so easily but seeing that Edward was there he decided to let her sly. "From my part you are forgiven and freed from any foreseen punishments, yet I'm not the only one you must apologize to" He glanced away from Esmeralda then to Edward as he tried to insinuate that she must apologize to him aswell for her rude behavior. Andrew looked away as he picked up his fork and took a piece from his dessert.

Edward sat down after Esmeralda did and he turned to look at her as she apologized to Andrew and then a small smile formed on the edge of his lips as he heard Andrew give the hint that she must say sorry to him also. He set down the fork as he had taken a bite from the slice of cake and awaited with gloat for her to apologize, knowing that this must be eating her inside.

Rose kept hidden within the shadows as she flowingly sprinted to the castle of king Andrew. She slowed her pace as she approached the castle and made it to the part of the wall that had plant vains growing out of it. Silently she got a hold of the vains and used them like a rope to pull up her weight and climb the wall. She gracefully landed in a squatting position on the other side of the wall in the garden, staying hidden in the shadows from the moon's light as she untied a black silk scarf that she had tied on her side and wrapped it around her neck and used it to covered half of her face like a mask, only letting her eyes be visible. She took a moment to scan the place and as it was expected she saw two guards wandering around the plants and fountain. She reached for her spear on her back and slipped it out of it's cover, setting it to her side, she clutched onto it with one hand as she waited for the inside lights of the castle to turn off in order to strike and break in.

Esmeralda noticed to her dismay that a frown marked her features. Quickly she adjusted her lips to form a small smile even though she was replused at the thought of apologizing to Edward. In her defesence she had said nothing that wasnt true, but for tonight she had to shallow her pride and push the thoughts of breaking Edwards manhood. She raised her cups to her lips and took a small sip. She took her time as the words formed into a sentence in her mind. She turned her gaze to Edward and lowered her cup. "I apologize for my words earlier." She turned her head back to her food. If Andrew did not like her apology it was not her fault she was lying enough as it is. She smiled at her own silent humor and wished Eric had decided to stay, she was in the mood for archery or even a dance, and her adopted brother was always egar to lift her mood.

Eric in question returned to the training ring to get his sword. He attached the leather strap around his waist and walked back up into the castle halls. He gave orders to the men and told the servents to prepare the castle for the night. He lanced his fingers togethor and placed them behind his back as he walked the halls toward the dining room. It was a quiet night and yet something or someone was calling out to him. He looked up at the moon and wondered if he was as alone as he thought.

Andrew sighed at the apology Esmeralda gave to Edward but knowing how stubborn she is, he let it go as he isn't one to have any arguments infront of guests and seeing in what state she is, that's the best apology that he could probably make her give. As the night went on Andrew made queries to Edward about if he has a commitment of marriage with anyone. "No not yet" Edward said as he ate the last of his slice a cake. Andrew grinned as in his mind the thought of having Esmeralda possibly marry Edward popped up, as to him Edward was well worthy of a husband for Esmeralda and seeing how he's royal she will have a comfortable life. "well seeing how late it's getting I think it's best I head back to the hotel" Edward said as he got up, hooking his sword belt around his waist again. "The dinner was absolutely delectable, thank you for everything" Andrew stood up and gave Edward a pat on the shoulder "It was great to have you over, come stop by tomorrow for another drink" Andrew said in a jolly voice "I sure will" Edward said and then turned to look at Esmeralda with a cocky grin. Andrew looked at Esmeralda "Esmeralda why don't you accompany Edward to the door" He said it in a light voice yet his eyes showed threat that if she doesn't do it there will be punishment.

Rose remained squatted down in the shadow by the wall, still waiting for the lights to go off and sneak her way. As she waited she studied the castle and in her mind devised a plan of what entrance will be easiest to break into and be unseen.

Esmeralda absently finished her cake but her attention was mainly on the conversation her Uncle and Edward were having. She didnt catch the grin on her uncles face but she felt her blood chill and she lost her will to eat. As she heard Edward accept the invitation to come to the castle the next day she simply rolled her eyes in return to his cocky grin. When she felt her Uncle's gaze she looked up at him. She opened her mouth to protest but the look in his eyes silenced her. "As you wish." She rose from her chair as she gripped her dress to keep from tripping. She waited for Edward to catch up and went he did she walked along side him down the long corridor. The lights of the hall were already blown out so Esmeralda grabbed a small candle and lit it. The small orange flame casted a bright glow in the shadowed hall and gave an odd glow to her flame colored hair and made the silver quial pen shimmer in the view of the open windows. "Are you coming?" She asked to Edward as she stopped walking and waited for him.

Eric gathered the reports of all the lights being off and he relaxed. Finally the castle was asleep and soon the town or at least the ones who slept at night. He ran his fingers through his dark colored hair. "Things are just going to get more exciting from here on out." He stated to himself
